[NG's 20th Anniversary Collab]

I absolutely love this. I am only a week old on here but feel I missed the invitation to the party as expected, However I am determined to be invited to the party on your 25th Anniversary. I just am so damn inspired by this site. New to animation and only getting better by the days go by.
May I ask those of you who are experts here for some critique on my videos and help guide me to improve. I am tough skinned so be as blunt as needed thank you.
